Sports

• The OLOL sports program will follow the guidelines set forth by the All-Catholic Conference league.
• Parents of athletes will be required to attend a sports meeting.
  Date and time TBD.
• Students in 3rd - 8th grade may participate in the sports program.
  • Each sport has grade requirements.

Sport tryouts take place throughout the year for a variety of sports. Tryouts will be announced with ample notice.

In addition to the tryout permission form, students who will try out for a sport must have the following on the day of the tryout:

Release of Liability Form

Pre-Participation Physical Exam Form

The Pre-Participation form is a two part form that must be signed by a parent/guardian and SIGNED AND STAMPED by the Pediatrician. Students will not be allowed to try out without these completed forms. This is an Archdiocese of Miami requirement.

Clubs

Students may have the opportunity to participate in various school-sponsored clubs and activities throughout the school year.
