Dear OLOL Families,
This week has been filled with meaningful milestones and joyful celebrations in our school community.
We had the honor of celebrating Monsignor Schwanger’s 35th Anniversary of his Priesthood—a remarkable testament to a life of service and faith. Monsignor’s humility, devotion, and spiritual guidance have made a lasting impact on our school, and we are so grateful for his leadership and presence among us.
We are also proud to recognize Mrs. Tovar, who graduated from St. Thomas University with her Master’s Degree in Educational Leadership. Her dedication to continued learning and her passion for Catholic education make her an incredible asset to our team. We celebrate this achievement with her and look forward to seeing how her leadership continues to bless our school.
This week, our students also had the opportunity to share their creativity during the Annual Art Exhibit, which showcased beautiful and expressive work from our talented Jaguars, spanning PK3 through 8th grade. The artwork reflected not only artistic skill but also imagination, heart, and growth at every grade level. Thank you to all who visited and supported our young artists!
On a spiritual note, we were deeply moved by the Crowning of our Blessed Mother, a tradition that reminds us of Mary’s grace, strength, and loving intercession. It was a beautiful moment of reflection and prayer for our school community.
Lastly, please join us in keeping our 7th-grade students in prayer this weekend as they prepare to receive the Sacrament of Confirmation. May the Holy Spirit guide and strengthen them as they continue their journey of faith.
Thank you, as always, for your support and for walking alongside us in faith and community.
